Hi and Hello to all …
Today I am back celebrating finally moving back into my craftroom again! I can honestly say that I have so much more respect to everyone working form a small kitchen table or corner in a room. Having a designated craft area is really such a privilege and I am planning on making the most of it for sure…
I have two Tags and two Cards using gorgeous Dusty Attic pieces to show today. Let’s start with the Tags.
I used two giant Tags from Prima. On the background I painted with Raven Black Sparks Acrylic Paint which gave the lovely Silver / Black shimmer. The Broken Bits pieces I covered with Grey Rust effect Paste and a random touch of Antique Gold Mica mist from Nuvo.
For the Toadstool Border I mixed some vivid Orange paint from 13Arts with a tiny bit of Brown Sugar paint and used it on the top of the Toadstool. For the bottom part I used Green Grey Rust Effect Paste as well as some Vintage Beeswax Embossing Powder. On the Wood slices I used Brown Rust Paste.
The Seagrass, Wildgrass and Swirl Vine were painted with Brown Sugar Paint from 13Arts and Mission Bells Brown Spray from Lindy’s Stampgang.
For decoration I added I’m A-Maized and A Penny Saved Prills.
For the Cards I layered several pieces of Cardstock. I created a background with white Crackle Paste colored with the new 13Arts Color Glows Fire Opal and Golden Calcite.
Whilst sorting and re-organizing my Dusty Attic chipboards I came across these Rose images…I am loving the simplicity of the Designs, so delicate as well.
I used Rose in Bloom and a Rose Stem. They were gesso’d and painted with Green Goblin and Stormy Ocean Sparks Paint from Finnabair. I cut the Delicate Frame #2 in half and embossed it with Shabby Green embossing powder from Stampendous. The pieces of Mini Foliage are Gesso’d and got a gentle rub of Aged Brass Metallique Wax.
Some Laces and a Shaker box filled with Glitter and Sequences finises the Cards.
All of these Chipboards are available from the Dusty On-line Shop.
