Hello all! I’m Sharing my first project for 2016 with Dusty Attic. I’m feeling super excited and honored to be apart of his amazing team … I must say a huge Thank You again to Jennifer Mahoney Hedger and Jen Burns for having me!! I decided to do a reverse canvas with the wonderful quote chippe. I’m loving the Dusty Attic texture paste and lovely stencils, which I have also used on my canvas.

Products I have used for this project include Dusty Attic Texture Paste, Crosshatch Stencil, Always find time … quote chippie, Federation Frame Set, Butterflies #1.

I have been scrapping for about 18/19 years. My go-to is flowers (and more flowers), and chipboard. I also love fussy cutting (I always laugh at the patience I have to cut out the most intricate detail, but I have no patience in queues!). I love adding texture to my layouts with texture pastes and stencils, as well as layering papers and elements. I will also dabble a little in some inks and paints on my layouts.

Scrapbooking is a way to combine two of my hobbies, a way to express my creativity and to showcase my photos. Since I began to scrap, flowers are part of my layouts, and I gradually started to use mixed media as well. I don’t know how to define my style, perhaps something like free vintage shabby style could be a good definition.
