Hello everyone!Welcome to the blog today. My December design team layout features beautiful Dusty Attic clouds, umbrellas, and a rainbow. For this layout, I used pattern paper from the 49 and Market Spectrum Sherbet collection. I used the B-side of the Butterfly Flight for its beautiful bright colors.
This is my granddaughter Mila playing outside with her umbrella after it rained. This was such a fun layout to make.
All the chippies were first covered with a layer of white acrylic paint, and then painted with Americana Acrylic paint.
The title, rainbow, and umbrellas were painted in Bubble Gum Pink, Boysenberry Pink, Sour Apple, Peaches ‘n Cream, Whispering Turquoise, and Pineapple. I used the end of a thin paintbrush to make the dots on the umbrellas and then dry brushed with white acrylic paint.
I dry brushed the edges of the clouds with Grey Storm and Whispering Turquoise.
The two Daily #words were heat embossed with white embossing powder.The Page Pebble was painted in Whispering Turquoise and dry brushed with white acrylic paint.
To finish off my layout I added sequence, glitter, and splatters with diluted white gesso.
