Hello-hello! I am So excited to share my first creations with you as a new design team member for Dusty Attic. I have been loving this chipboard ever since I saw it back in 2010… and now I am a part of this “family”. As you will see, I am much more a card girl, but also love to create altered art and layouts, everything is very detailed and quite dimensional.
You know, when you have such a small space as a card the more beautiful elements you have-the better (up to my taste:), so the chipboard is so very handy here! It gives you eveything-the dimension, any color you need and Dusty Attic has so many shapes to choose from!

What I also love that now Dusty Attic carries a wide range of acrylic paint and some mediums that work perfetly on their chipboard. The chipboard (just in case if you still didn’t get a chance to hold it yourself) is of a SUPERB quality, its thick, but still very detailed! and you can apply really lot of meduims on it, and it will still look perfectly!, so here I covered both of the chipboards with this shade of green: Crushed Olive
I decided to go with a neutral background and to add some shades of a turquoise as a main accent.
I primed both chipboard pieces with gesso and then embosse one of them with bright Zing powder and on the second one I have applied the glitter paste.
