Hi! I’m back with a new post for the Dusty Attic. This time I altered a notebook cover for you guys, using some steampunk-ish pieces of chipboard. And don’t you just love that little moon and sun face?? I think it looks adorable with all the pretty chippies!
First I’ve added layers of black gesso to everything to create a nice even base coat. After that I’ve used Embossing Powders, paints and waxes to achieve these bright purple and fuchsia colors.
I’ve created a video for you guys to watch the whole process. And I would love for you to subscribe to my channel of course :)! Check out the video below or watch it on YouTube.
I’ve used several pieces of Dusty Attic chipboard. You can see the Dusty Attic products I’ve used down below and follow the link to the store by clicking on the images.
I’ve combined the Dusty Attic chippies with clay pieces and metal castings. Aren’t they just perfect together? You can hardly see these pieces are created with different materials.
Thank you so much for stopping by and have a great day!
