GUESS WHO IS BACK?
and with a BANG !
You should see what Joanne’s first project back is, it is amazing !
Hello!!!
Joanne here today to share my little altered minion. My kids received this little minion a long time ago in a McDonalds Happy Meal and I knew then that one day that little minion will look quite different to how he does today…lol. Well that day has finally come and he turned out amazing!
‘You Rock’
So with the help of a few pieces of Dusty Attic chipboard and imagination my little steampunk punk minion come to life.
His Mohawk was created using one of the wings from the Wings #3 set. I soaked the chipboard and reshaped to create his punky Mohawk.
Pretty cool huh? His winged backpack was started by using one of the Iron Accent #2 pieces, this was also shaped and molded to fit him and was perfect for the base to build upon.
I cut down one of the smallest mini cogs to create his glasses edge. once the glue had dried i then soaked the cog in water and pulled apart to make two. The chain for his glasses was cut from one of the rectangle chain frames.
His little handheld sign was created from one of the light bulbs cut from the Industrial Globes #2 set and the title was cut out of one of the title tabs from the Mini Tabs #7 set.
To get cogs small enough to deck him out I cut apart the Industrial Corners #1. The cogs on this a super tiny and perfect for what I needed. How cute is the little spanner.
