Hello creative friends!
Now it’s my turn to feature a layout using the beautiful Dusty Attic Moodboard for November, delightful colours and flowers. November is usually a grey cloudy time here, the last leaves fall from the trees, often it is foggy and unpleasantly cold and wet. A time when you prefer to make yourself comfortable at home, a favorite activity is to take out old photo albums and tell about past times. At the end of the month the dead are remembered, graves are decorated with flowers and wreaths and completed with candle lights. Often there is also a bust or an angel on the grave. That were the thoughts behind this classical layout.
The light, delicate but also pale colors are very good for me on the theme of faded memories of people, who have left us.
some close up’s
I use the Baroque Flourish as angel wings firstly covered with Weathered Wood, a crackle medim from DecoArt and then painted with white acrylic paint
Treasured Memories lettering was primed with white gesso and then painted in ombre technique that means in bottom part with light green and then in 2-3 color shades lighter till upper part finally highlighted with small Art Stones
I used some light shades of blue and green suitable to our Moodboard colors
Dusty Attic chipboards and stencils
