Hello Dusty Attic fans!
It’s Lynette here today to share my latest layout featuring some fabulous Dusty Attic chipboard.
My daughter have always dodged the camera and when she and Peter got engaged last year this grainy photo is the best that I could get. I used a very soft and romantic paper collection and decided that making the photo black and white would compliment the papers and hide the imperfections.
This is the chippies I used:
Life BeautifullyPage Pebbles #3Seedlings #2Elegant Pearls
I painted the Love Completely, the page pebble and the seedlings leaves with acrylic paint and heat embossed the Elegant Pearls.
Some close ups:
I used white gesso to mute the colours of the flowers and leaves.
I used many layers of patterned papers and a doily. I separated the layers with foam dots to add dimension.
I just love how elegant this looks.
I love the magic of heat embossing. I used white embossing powder and added pearls to the ends.
One of the patterned paper manufacturers strips became the perfect journalling.
Here you get an indication of the dimension added with the foam dots between the paper layers.
