This is our moodboard, I used the main colors but decided to work on a dark background for a more striking effect.
I wanted my title to look like the Bridge of Sighs so I cut of the rectangular border of the word “Holiday” from Word Pack #35 and painted it with white gesso. After that, I dilluted Dusty in Colour Alabaster, Soot and a touch of Bisque in lots of water and painted the title. At the end I stamped at the title with grey ink.
I misted my Mini chains with Lindy’s Black Orchid Silver for extra sparkle. I used Dusty Texture Paste with Dusty Bedazzled Stencil for my background. I also glued Dusty Pearls on my paper for a touch of luxury.
I also cut apart some pieces from the Federation Frame set and sprayed them with the same Lindy’s mist. You can also see Finnabair Graphite Paste through the Creative Script Stencil.
I hope you enjoyed my interpretation of our moodboard!
