All pricing displayed in our online store is in AUD (Australian Dollars). We reserve the right to change or alter prices without notice.
We do have a currency converter. To convert the prices displayed in your local currency please select your country or region on the drop down menu on the left hand side. If your country or region isn’t displayed please contact us directly on info@dustyattic.com.au
Register for an account online. You will be notified with 48 hours by email to let you know that your account has been activated. Please be sure to fill in all of your business details that are required if you are applying for a wholesale account.
Orders can be placed very quickly and easily online. There are no minimum quantity requirements so all items CAN be ordered individually.
Once an order is placed it will show as “Awaiting Payment” until payment is confirmed. It will then show “Processing”. At this time we will be designing, picking, cutting, packaging and labelling your order. It will then be boxed and changed to “Completed” on the website and an email notification will be emailed to your address on file.
Your order will then be lodged via Australia Post and they will automatically email you the tracking details. If you haven’t received them please check your SPAM and others folder before enquiring.
Please be advised that due to the large amount of orders we are currently receiving most orders are now shipped within 21 days. Please be aware that this may alter during busy times.(ie. Christmas, holidays, COVID restrictions and also after new releases and trade shows).
If you require your order by a particular date, please put your requested date in the comments section when placing your order. All orders are processed in the order they are received in.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: There is currently a large backlog of orders due to COVID restrictions and maintenance issues. There will be extended delays on receipt of all orders until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Yes, all invoices and receipts of your order will be emailed directly to the registered email on your account. We will also include a packing slip or invoice when we ship out your order.
If you receive an incorrect, incomplete or damaged order, please contact us within 3 business days, and we will correct the error. A credit may be issued or a replacement product sent with your next order.
WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
If you own a registered business and would like to stock our Laser Cut products we would love to hear from you. Please read our conditions below before registering for a wholesale account or contact us for more information.
If you intend to sell Dusty Attic products on your website or online store or in a class or monthly kit, you MUST include Dusty Attic’s name as well as the correct name of the product/s you have used. Failure to do so may result in you account being terminated.
We do not encourage or support selling Dusty Attic products on Ebay or Facebook. Failure to comply with this may result in your account being terminated.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping within Western Australia only* – under AUD$50 is AUD$12, regardless of weight and then progressively increases as the total increases. It is approximately 10% of the total and is automatically calculated at checkout. *Please note that this may vary for custom orders.
Shipping within Australia* – under AUD$250 is AUD$19.95, regardless of weight and then progressively increases as the total increases. It is approximately 10% of the total and is automatically calculated at checkout. *Please note that this may vary for custom orders.
International Shipping* – Shipping costs vary depending on the country you reside in. The shipping is calculated at checkout. Any additional taxes, customs fees or charges payable in your country will be the responsibility of the recipient. *Please note that this may vary for custom orders.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Discounted shipping costs will be charged when your order is processed through the website. Express post is available, for a small fee, upon request.
Bulk Dusty in colour Paints will not be sold in bulk internationally due to their weight unless actual postage cost are paid.

We monitor the postal services and some countries are unable to receive postal services from our region. Some countries currently not receiving postal services include India, Belarus and Ukraine. Yes you can, if for some reason you have changed your mind, please go through your newly created account and click on cancel order. This process will be automatically cancelled and refund will be generated within 3-7 days.
