Mood Board Inspiration

Totally PAWsome – Patricia Basson

 Hello Blogger Friends…
Today I am sharing my Dusty Attic Moodboard project with you.My little models are Pablo and Machi just after they got a bath and waiting for the brushing session. For this page I used two sheets of  Mintay papers – Secret Place. I folded one into a concertina fan and placed it on the other.  The fan created lovely depth for me to add all the flowers and other elements.

All the chipboards were primed with Gessso. I mixed Lindy’s Stampgang Merry-go-round Green Magical powder with 13arts Liquid Acrylic medium and painted the Iron Garnish and the stems of the Vine Corner with the mix. The leaves of the Vine Corner got some Paper Texture Paste from Finnabair. I mixed some Titanium White and True Yellow Liquid Acrylic paint and painted the leaves. Old White Matt wax was used to highlight the Paper Paste texture. I went over the green of the tendrils with some of the yellow paint as well to add some definition.

The title chippie was painted with the different paints as well. I realized that it needed to stand out more, therefor I swiped some Vintage Photo Distress ink over it. Also used the Matt wax on top. In the folds of the fan I sprinkled Gold Dust Embossing Powder and Mica flakes from Stampendous and set it with my Heatgun. Some colored Gauss, flowers and Dried Roots finished the page.

The following chipboards were used from the Dusty Attic On-line shop.
