I primed all the chipboard with clear gesso, then applied a thick coat of clear crackle paint onto some of the areas. After the crackle dried I did another light coat of the clear gesso, then played with blending the waxes listed above. On the feathers I applied a thick coat of the Viva Modellier Cream-Mother of Pearl, & used White Opal Liquid Pearls on the Luxury Scroll.
I altered the flower centers with using Sequins & Prills as the centers & heat embossed the Laser Cuts with using the Versa Mark ink pad & Ranger Embossing powder…..Here are a few more close ups….
