Hi Everyone,

I decided to do something a little dramatic – black, taupe and coral… but then I softened it all up with distressing, mists and masking. Not my usual to use paint and goop on a layout – messy but a fun effect. This is a picture taken the day we brought our daughter home from the hospital.

Here is a peek at the background I created with gesso, Something Tattered stamps, a coral mist and of course some gorgeous chipboard.
Here is a close-up of the lace border chipboard that I splattered with Dusty Attic Black Soot paint and then sprayed with a coral mist (it soaks into the bare parts of the chipboard).
Dusty Attic Products used:
Daddy’s Girl – DA0040
Lace Border #1 – DA0843
