Mood Board Inspiration

Capture this moment – Karan Gerber

Hello Creative Friends and welcome to the blog. Today I am sharing a layout designed for Dusty Attic for Julys mood Board Challenge. This months color challenge is filled with pinks, blues and a bit of green and I tied all those colors into this layout.

The Skeleton Clock I cut into pieces and only used a portion of it, painting it using light patina and a bit of texture paste on top

I did the same with the mini banner, I thought it was a great little detail to add for this baby layout.  The pinks in the paper and background perfect for the colors in this months mood board.

The Mini Word Strip is perfect for a title, perfect size. I just added a bit of gesso to the engraved part of the chippie to tone the color down a bit.

The window shutter was textured the same way, a bit of gesso, then acrylic paint topped with some texture paste.

Thank you for dropping by I hope you give this months mood board a try!
